Mexico...now more than just Tequila
Mexico is set to decriminalize marijuana, cocaine and heroine if carried in small doses. On the bright side we should see illegal immigration of American citizens over the Mexican border any day now. Immigration officials will be on the look out for Rikki Williams, Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston. UK Insiders have also said that Keith Richards already plans to winter there with Kate Moss in the coming year.
